MEET THE TEAM
Adam opened Studio Fit 2005. He has been a personal trainer for over 12 years. He began his fitness career in Santa Monica, CA as a certified NASM trainer. He thinks anything is possible and that fitness creates zest. He is currently finishing a Bachelor’s degree in physical education at Kean University.
He has helped hundreds of clients of all ages from athletes to newbies acheive successful results. Adam is an accomplished endurance athlete and has competed at the elite level for 20 years across the US. If not training Adam is hanging with his wife, two daughters and their Golden Retriever.
Jonathan received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Global Fitness and Wellness from Kean University in the Spring of 2015. He is currently certified through the National Council of Strength Fitness (NCSF). He has been a personal trainer at Studio Fitness since April of 2015.
His training style consist of high intensity interval training, strength and conditioning, speed and agility, power, endurance and long distance training. Jonathan has worked with a number of athletes, including Pro Bowl Safety, Malcolm Jenkins of the Philadelphia Eagles. Jonathan specializes in working with youth, adults, athletes and seniors.
